Use this tool to create personal-sized pies and calzones. Fill with fruit, meat, cheese, or veggies. To use: Roll out dough. Use the back of the press to cut out dough circles. Flip press over and lay dough on top. Spoon in filling, slightly off-center. Brush the edges of dough with a beaten egg. Use the handles to fold the press in half and squeeze tightly to crimp and seal the edges. Place the pies on a baking sheet to bake. Makes pies approximately 6" long x 3" wide x 1⅛" thick.
