BETTER BAKING: Baking a round cake or a deep pan cake? Heating rods can be the little known trick to ensure even baking and prevent overcooking. Simply place the metal rod in the batter before baking.
SIZE AND USE: Measures 4.2 inches tall (10 cm) and a base diameter of 1.6 inches (4 cm) - fits any bundt cake, round or pan cakes. For larger than 9 inch round or large pan cakes, use multiple rods.
